As a heads up, this will break on PVE 9+ We are currently building on out network to two separate VLANs to work as Proxmox recommends. It's pretty easy to setup on the Pure, it kind of "just works" when assigning different subnets to the iSCSI... -

I get 5 log entry every 10 seconds, so in the last month I got 1.296.000 entry. Why Proxmox continues to login/access rather than keep the session live ? thanks

Perhaps the Proxmox team could consider building its own version of virtio drivers with its own installer, signed by Proxmox. This would allow for faster patch deployment, as is done for other subsystems (ZFS, etc.). @fweber
