Ffjleon replied to the thread massive packet loss on network interface.it's not proxmox. i live booted latest ubuntu LTS and same issue. then i removed the cable, and plugged it to the second network interface on the mini pc, then everything started to work. unplugged back to put on the first interface, kept working...
