I am migrating some virtual machines in new server with ZFS Storage and Enabled thin provision...after backups restore they use same space in Pool ( is this normal because I am restoring from backups or a problem ) because as I know thin provision should take space what as user adds files.

this is not so easy to explain.
zfs has its own space management and it is a little bit tricky.
the real used storage you get if you call zpool list <pool>
but there are no information about how much a zvol used.
when you call zfs list and look on refer you get ca. the used space on the disk
