zfs still thinks the disk is online, when I have it in my hand?

Trying to test zfs and drive failure/replacement so I created a zfs RAIDz1 array, and then pulled a drive (R730 hot swap). Then logged into web admin....and it's not listed in the disks, but still shows as online in zfs array?

probably because it did not try to read/write to it yet..
what does dmesg say? also, try to read/write from the zpool a bit

I didn't have any data on the array yet, I guess it only finds problems when being used. Thx!
