No. The deafult is Thick-Provision. You hava to manually check the Thin-Provision Checkbox.

That is a purely PVE setting and has nothing to do with ZFS per se.

No, there is no refreservation, so there is already thin provision. In #6, there are links to the underlying ZFS space consumption, so that is already taken care of and you have not answered if you're using TRIM inside of your guest yet. Concerning the answers you're gonna get, that's all. Everything that can lead to the space usage you see is already explained, at least what I can see.
