Will proxmox ever be able to replicate encrypted ZFS datasets? This seems like a pretty big missing feature that isn't exactly well documented.

I have been using syncoid but it has its own set of issues that keep corrupting my ZFS datasets.

Hi I have the same questions. My ZFS datasets are encrypted can't access to replication. I know that the problem come from ZFS do you know if it will be available soon ?

You can replicate encrypted datasets with ZFS for example when using "zfs send | zfs receive" directly. As far as I know just the PVE implementation of replication can't handle them yet.

I have read about that, but it isn't in raw mode only ? (and if I understand well, very slow because in raw mode, no comparision for fast replication)

Ok I understood :) Hope the ZFS team will secure the ZFS send and receive soon with encrypted dataset !
