We had an issue with one disk of our ZFS-Pool. The disk was changed, pool resilvered all fine. Two errors are still remaining:

Bash:
root@pve1:~# zpool status -v
  pool: rpool
 state: ONLINE
status: One or more devices has experienced an error resulting in data
        corruption. Applications may be affected.
action: Restore the file in question if possible. Otherwise restore the
        entire pool from backup.
   see: https://openzfs.github.io/openzfs-docs/msg/ZFS-8000-8A
scan: scrub repaired 0B in 01:10:27 with 1 errors on Sun Jan 11 15:29:25 2026
config:

        NAME STATE READ WRITE CKSUM
        rpool ONLINE 0 0 0
          mirror-0 ONLINE 0 0 0
            ata-ST4000NT001-3M2101_WX11T1H1-part3 ONLINE 0 0 0
            ata-ST4000NT001-3M2101_WX11T1M7-part3 ONLINE 0 0 0

errors: Permanent errors have been detected in the following files:

        rpool/ROOT/pve-1:<0x1977>
        //usr/bin/qemu-system-aarch64

We tried a "zpool scrub" and "zpool clear" but no change.

Any ideas how to get rid of these errors?

Thanks Mark

The first "file" has already been deleted but the disk block is not yet overwritten (on either drive) and therefore still unreadable. I only remember that overwriting it is a bit tricky but (since it is not Proxmox specific) there are ZFS guides and tutorials on the internet that explain how.
