ZFS Partition missing after reboot

it was working just fine then i rebooted and all ZFS partitions failed to mount, fixed the main problem but one partition is just gone, a 10TB volume now only displays one 39.73gb partition as sdd4 and it shouldn't even exist sdd1 should be the only partition
