Hello
I have server with raid 1 for 2 x ssd sas drives for operating system
I want to create ZFS file system in 3 NVMe drives each one shall be in separate pool
my question will the new created ZFS file system conflict with the existing RAID system? or it is safe?

Yes, if you keep everything separated, it is safe.
But please never setup ZFS on top of a hardware raid.
