ZFS issue

I have a problem with my RAID storage, I cannot use the totality of the 4 disk space together.
In total I should have 4.36TiB and I can only use 3.07TiB below screenshot.
anyone would have any idea why I can't use all the storage ?

How big are the four partitions that form the raidz?

This is a RAIDZ1 pool, not stripe. In this case you lose the capacity of one disk.
