zfs cache be aware

today i want remove cache device on zpool.
command:
$ zpool remove rpool cache-device
server hang, cold reboot. be aware.

zfs 2.0.4

Perhaps related to this report on openzfs github?
zpool remove cache device blocks pool with no device I/O
Otherwise it could be useful to report it there (upstream).
