ZFS available disk size not consistent

Dears,

I have a very strange behaviour when looking at the ZFS pool. There is a 1TB NVME in the box, this capacity was shown for a long time. Suddenly, the available capacity sank down to 355 GB for no reason.

SMART status of dthe disk is okay, PVE tells me the following disk sizes:

I am lost...

Can someone help me or has any idea what happened?
