You have only Debian repositories configured, no Proxmox VE repositories. You can add them in the Web UI by clicking on the node and then going to Repositories. There you should be able to configure the no-subscription repositories.

Ah - sorry! The Web UI adds the bookworm repository of course - you need to manually update it with the trixie one, as indicated here [1].

You might want to first update to the newest Proxmox VE 8 version though, which would require using the bookworm repositories for both Proxmox VE and Debian - then doing an upgrade. Only then update both repositories to trixie and do the upgrade from 8 -> 9.
