Same problem on a brand-new install using proxmox-ve_8.2-1.iso. Removed ceph and enterprise repos and added no-subscription repo before initiating an update and upgrade. Error occurs whether first update/upgrade is performed via the web GUI or SSH. I can reproduce the proxmox-backup-client conflict that others have encountered:
