----------------------

Problem on same PC aslo same configuration ;
Console on HOST 04 & HOST 05 work without problem !

Console on HOST 01 make me a error, the famous & trivial :
"Network error : could not connect server : HOST 01:5900" <-- in webconsole
and
"Sep 1 09:55:34 HOST pvedaemon[122498]: command '/bin/nc -l -p 5900 -w 10 -c '/usr/sbin/qm vncproxy 100 2>/dev/null'' failed: exit code 1"
In my /var/log

Please spare me the "you have a firewall", "your version of java is the right" ??

As you read on HOST04 IT WORKS & HOST05, so the answers "Routing problem / ip / firewall" or "JAVA version ...
Grace avoid "not the right kernel / currently not supported" ... HOST HOST 04 & 05 work

Let me save time, if you do not know or do not participate, or say that you do not know ...
Not knowing is not a shame, "believe know" is more annoying

Thank you for your participation.

L.

Hi,

can you do a "netstat -an" and check if nothing else is listening on port 5900 ?

can you try to run in command line
"/bin/nc -l -p 5900 -w 10 -c '/usr/sbin/qm vncproxy 100 2>/dev/null'"

and see if it's hanging or not.

Alternatively, if you can use pvetest, the new novnc html5 don't use port 5900, but use websockets through port
8600 of pveproxy.
