Windows VMs stuck on boot after Proxmox Upgrade to 7.0

Just for my case:
It was a Windows-Problem -> Disk-Error (in the related VM).
Also restoring the VM from Backup does not solve the issue.

So i had to boot the VM via Windows-Install Disk and force a checkdisk (found some errors).
After that the VM boots up without any issues....

Crazy world...

Is it enough to have latest QEMU installed, or do the VMs have to have Machine set to QEMU 7.0 or newer to solve this?
It is enough if the VM was started with QEMU version 7.0.0 or newer. The bug fix does not depend on using a specific machine type/version.

EDIT: fixed link

I found as a workaround to set CD/DVD drive as first in Boot Order and then set "Do Not Use any Media" for the DVD drive.
proxmox-ve: 8.0.2 (running kernel: 6.2.16-12-pve)
pve-manager: 8.0.4 (running version: 8.0.4/d258a813cfa6b390)
