Windows VM Nvidia GPU code 43

Hi, I'm trying to setup a windows vm on my proxmox server with its mobile gtx 1050 gpu. The virtual machine boots correctly, but the driver says code 43 when installed manually. I have gone down the list of steps here https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/PCI_Passthrough.

dmesg | grep -e DMAR -e IOMMU returns [ 0.049249] DMAR: IOMMU enabled.
dmesg | grep 'remapping' returns [ 0.169574] DMAR-IR: Enabled IRQ remapping in x2apic mode.
pvesh get /nodes/pve/hardware/pci --pci-class-blacklist "" returns the text in attachment a.txt.

I have attached the config for the virtual machine.
