Windows update Error of VM of windows server 2022

The VMs of windows server 2022 were installed on my PVE, but it seems all system can not be windows update as the attached error show. How can I deal with it. Thanks. network connection is fine.

Otherwise, maybe a central firewall, filter, UTM that blocks it?

Thanks Fireon, it should be network limit setting by our it department.
