Windows Server Installation KVM

Hello,

Today my first post. I had search a long time for a solution but now I need your help here. I've installed 5 days ago Proxmox on my Root-Server. All Linux Container are running well. There is no problem with anything. But when I want to install a Windows VM, then it is not working. There is coming a screen with an error Code. Here the Screenshot:

It is the Installmedium from Windows Server 2012 64 Bit. I already check md5sum. But the install medium is ok. So I found on Microsoft Site that it might be a Hardware or driver problem. Can anyone help?

known issue, you need to upgrade to latest version 3.2.

I do not see any Update when i follow the instruction. But I do not have an subscription at the moment. Do I need it?
