Windows Server and 10 no Network

I have a fresh clean install of Proxmox Community Edition v7.4-3. Everything worked great for setup, same as always. I did something a tad different this time, bonded the two NICs:

But it works fine on the node, as well, the Windows 10 VM worked fine for about 10 minutes. Node can ping google just fine and network:

Here is my network config for both Windows Server 2022 and Windows 10:

In neither of the two OSes does it have any undetected devices. As well, both machines have an IP on the network, just can't ping anything!

On the windows 10 machine I got it to work for about 10 minutes, by doing a network reset, it rebooted and worked. Then just stopped after about 10 min. Windows server, can't even get it to work for 10 minutes.

On the Win10 machine I tried Realtek and Intel adapter, same thing happens. Can't even ping bridge from the VMs. And yes, both VMs are clean installs of Windows from ISO.

And yes, on both VMs I have fully installed the VirtIO driver disc as well guest additions from that same ISO.

Left them both turned on overnight, this morning the Windows 10 VM has network, the Server still does not. No changes on either since yesterday morning when I installed them both.

It's definitely not bond, seems to be the Virtio nic card bug found on many threads online. But I've used both the most recent version of the drivers disk and version 221, same deal. Switching to Realtek driver everything works fine.

After using it for a half hour, installing software, all of a sudden nic went dead, no internet. Nothing changed in config. I rebooted, nothing, didn't come back. Went into device manager, disabled nic then re-enabled, came back online. At this point I don't trust this thing to take into production.

Realtek kept dying after about 20 to 30 min, switched to intel card now, it works, full gigabit speed. I guess we'll see if it lasts. The Windows 10 VM hasn't gone offline once

afaik, the only bug is the Virtio nic card driver won't install on non-english windows iso.
have you tried without bond ?
try with balance-alb , i use it on a host without problem, windows server 2019 vrtio , win10 intel & win11 intel

Thanks! I'm trying the ALB right now, to see if there is a difference, turning bonding off worked. So I'm trying a different mode to see if there is a chance. Thanks!
