Hello I have a trouble installing win serv 2019 on a Dell Server. I searched on the forum and found the same problem here to overcome it. It seems to work, so windows server installation is going on. Choosing from virtio iso the 2019 drivers seems to be fine and disk can be formatted but anyway windows refuse to install: Windows cannot be installed in the partition 1. Selected unit is offline and have to be online to install (translated by me from italian)
