Windows Server 2016 VM Loses NIC config & non OS disks on reboot

I have been running a Windows Server 2016 VM on Proxmox VE for about 3 years without issue. I recently upgraded Proxmox VE from 6.2 to 6.3, and since that time, after each reboot the guest OS detects the NIC as a new device and hence it's statically configured IP addressing information is lost. The NIC is VirtIO and was installed with the 0.1.141 VirtIO drivers.

The VM also runs 3 VirtIO SCSI disks. One each for OS, Data & Backup. After each reboot only the OS disk is online. The other 2 disks show as "Offline" in the Windows Disk Management Console, and have to be brought online before they are accessible in the Guest OS. The disks use the VirtIO SCSI driver from the same VirtIO drivers version as listed above.

In all other respects the VM works flawlessly as does the host that also runs other Windows & linux VM's & an LXC container.

So I'm just reaching out at this point to see if anyone else has experienced similar behaviour after an upgrade to Proxmox VE 6.3. I'll be happy to provide any other info as req'd.

Many thanks for responding. Not sure how I missed that in my search. I will read through that post to pursue a solution. Really appreciate you nudging me in the right direction.
