Windows QXL/SPICE doesn't work like on libvirt VMM

I don't know why but Windows under KVM/libvirt the QXL/SPICE drive works perfectly, it resizes correctly even for ultra wide screen (2560x1080) but not on PROXMOX.

Is it possible to use VMM (Virtual Machine Manager) with Proxmox?
