For several months I have been trying to solve the problem with the performance of Windows servers.
The last hope for the community, SQL server 2019 performance is less twice that of vmware.

do you have tried without zfs to compare ?
what are your physical drives ?

ssd hard drives

Question for knowledgeable people.
As I changed to the LVM file system, everything worked twice as fast.
The problem is solved, but I would like to understand why ZFS works so badly with Windows Server and ssd.

Read this thread [1] and the PDF there, especially the table on the bottom of page 2 in the PDF.
Your SanDisk is somewhere in the range of the Samsung 850 EVO and the Crucial MX100.
