Windows Guest unable to access anything outside subnet

I have a number of vlans on my network
1-core 10.0.1.X
13-cameras 10.0.13.X
17-main WLAN 10.0.17.X
20-IoT WLAN 10.0.20.X
24- LAN/other 10.0.24.X
My main switch is a Dell Powerconnect 5548p with trunks and access ports configured accordingly. 10.0.1.10 is my PVE host with two linux guests and two windows guest
Pinhole 10.0.1.11
Wireguard 10.0.1.12
Vault 10.0.1.9
NVR- 10.0.1.20
Both windows guests have identical NIC configs but Vault is only able to ping the core network and gateways of the other vlans so switch config is fine. When pinging Vault from same vlan the latency is atrocious.
My router is a USG with DHCP lease based on Mac.
Any ideas what would cause this?

So, does a physical device on the main VLAN have access to the internet?

Does the PVE Host have the right gateway configured?

Have to say I think the Unifi Wifi Gear is pretty good but we bought two USG devices at work a few years ago and they're gathering dust in the storeroom.

Might help if you could share your routing and firewall configs

So, does a physical device on the main VLAN have access to the internet? - Yes. pinged 1.1.1.1 from the shell

Does the PVE Host have the right gateway configured? - Yes 10.0.1.1
