do you know what happens to the Windows VM that when restoring a backup the network is "unconfigured".
In some cases it is enough to disable/enable the Windows network adapter.
And in other cases it is necessary to reset the network configuration (without dhcp, static). And then the adapter is renamed to Ethernet 2.
It's as if it were a new network card, but nothing has really changed, the MAC remains the same...
