Sorry, I must have misunderstood. There are some Windows 7 drivers on that ISO but those must not be what you are looking for. Sincere apologies for wasting your time.

da steht dann windows 8 oder 2012 höher muss es sein , heißt der funktioniert nicht
is there a list or a table somewhere which shows which version of the virtio-win ISO is compatible with which versions of Windows?

It took quite a bit of experimentation to install the virtio drivers on to a fresh Win7 SP1 install.
Thank you. (and even then, I had to fiddle with it as it was rather finicky, in order to get it to work.)
The lowest version of Windows that the virtioFS drivers works with is Windows 8. There are no virtioFS drivers for Windows 7 in any of the virtio-win ISOs.
As a result, I am using a Windows 10 VM to be able to mount the virtio-FS share point, and then I shared it via Windows sharing, so that my Window 7 SP1 VM would be able to see it, and read from, and write to it.

So bisschen wir deine Aussage oder ? du hast selbst noch nicht Windows 7 in den Fingern gehabt und probiert, dieses zu virtualisieren oder? ich habe selbst gestern Abend eine alte HDD gerippt und entsprechend virtualisiert. das Problem ist weiterhin, welche Version soll man nehmen, dass man Windows 7 mit virtio zum laufen bekommt.
well ive got 2 still working win7 vms, with virtio. so obviously, i somehow got it to work, but dont ask me what version of virtio, ive got like 20 ISOs in my iso dump, cause it was a pain in the flippside to get it to work. But there is a version working and its out there on the fedorapeoples website.
What i did was cloning my "virgin" (so updated and registry fixed, but otherwise unaltered or user setup) win7 and trying one verions per clone, didnt work, ditch the clone, make fresh. cause one version above an other, that did not work, thats what i recall. i also recall that some updates screwed up the virtio and needed virgin update and then virtio install. but hey, thats 10 years ago, i dont recall the details
