Hi I have been using ProxmoxVE for a while now I am very pleased so far and have been using it in my production environment. I did run into a small problem today while trying to install KVM VM of Windows 7 64 bit. VM seems to freeze after it reboots and processor and ram of VM seem to max out and hang I also have a blank screen in VNC when trying to access. I also installed 32bit version of windows 7 without any problem so it seems to be a 64 bit problem. At least that is what I am concluding. I also seen some problems similar in a post at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/qemu-kvm/+bug/379991
However it looks like they use libvirt and I know Proxmox does use libvirt, hope this helps in finding out the bug. Anyways I am very satisfied with Proxmox and will be upgrading my production server to v1.4 this weekend probably. I have already upgraded my test server to 1.4 without any problems keep up the good work guys I can't wait to use the storage features of 1.4 it is exactly what I was looking for to use in production later down the road I was also wondering if I could use glusterfs as a storage engine as I could mount the storage as a local directory? I am just curious how the performace of the vms would be running from a glusterfs mount? Anyways keep up the good work. I look forward to many more releases.
