Windows 2008r2 and 16bit soft

Hi.
I have installed Proxmox.
And i install on proxmox Windows 2008r2 windows installed fine and work god but have one small problem.
I try to run 16 bit soft and i see error (
And soft not wanna work.
But this soft on reeal comp and windows 2008r2 work, hes not wanna work on proxmox (
Some1 can help me ?

your problem has nothing to do with proxmoxVE
the 2008R2 server is the problem cause it exists only in a 64bit edition and 64bit systems can't run 16bit software, so you need to downgrade your server to 2008 32bit edition

Hello , i Have the same problem.... io had converted a phisical Server Win2008 standard 32Bit with Vmwareconverter.... and when i Run it with Vmware Player i don't have any problem... but when i run this vmdk in proxmox 4.1 the server run correctly but the program 16Bit don't work with this error... NTVDM.exe has stopped working.

what is the problem?

We had also such old windowssoftware. We sloved this by running these software with wine and dosemu/dosbox. This was always for us the easiest way. But yes it is depending on the complexity of your software.
