Windows 2003 Server r2 kvm machine use 100% of procesor all the time

Dear Friend I recently installed proxmox 1.7 server into a IBM x3650 M3 with 16GB of RAM and I created 3 KVM:
2 Windows 2003 Server r2
1 Windows XP sp3

But checking the procesor, I can see that all the time the procesos is running 100%

This is Normal?, or exist a way to improve the performace on those KVM machine.

P.D. I applied the best options suggested by your team using Paravirtualized Network & HD Drivers for Windows

100%-cpu usage over the time is only normal in the bios-screen.

Something inside the VM?

Heyy, Thanks for the prompt answer, I Just entry via Remote Desktop to the KVM and I saw that the process all is in 100%

Any other sugestion?

I don't know if this will work for you, but can you install Process Explorer inside VM and see which process is eating your CPU?
