Memory consumption looks quite normal. Even my stripped down bare metal windows install uses 6+ GB of memory (with browser opened). And looking at your task manager screenshot you have installed quite a bunch of stuff ...
Try each and see what happens to the memory in Task Manager. I was intentionally unspecific here. RAMMap's main view already shows you where the memory goes. If you need more details you need to check the other tabs.
