I'm attempting to pass-through a Nvidia GTX660 to a windows 10 vm and can not seem to get it to work. I've tried a multitude of settings but the card never initializes in windows and get code 43 or blue screen of death. The blue screen of death results in vm no longer able to get past the "The display has not yet been initialized". I have a physical monitor connected to card and it never turns on in windows vm. Monitor turns on and pass-through works in linux ie. Mate 20.04, PopOS, ect. In Linux vm's I am able to load the proprietary drivers and there are no issues. In windows vm GPUZ pulls and displays the information about the graphics card. The card functions correctly in a bare metal windows machine. I have to be missing something in settings allowing Nvidia to detect the vm. the current settings for vm are:

On this set-up I fully updated windows, made sure there were no hardware issues aside from the GTX 660. Then using DDU removed Nvidia drivers and installed Nvidia driver 451.48. Result = code 43. Suggestions?
