We are running proxmox 6.4-15 and today we are working to upgrade it to 7.X. We have 3 servers with ceph.
First we upgraded Ceph to Octopus and now we realized that one VM with Windows 10 is not starting. This is the VM config:
the problem is that the VM can't see the hard drive. We launched the VM with the win10 ISO and try to restore the sistem... but no hard-drive is detected....
Ceph install and windows10 not starting ... they are not related...
The problem was that the pve6to7 script says that some machines has some disk with incorrect type or something like that. We realised that it was a detached disk so we deleted it. The problem was we deleted an incorrect disk ;(
