Hello there.
Past 3 days we have hard times with Windows 10 virtual machines.
We are runnich cluster with 8 nodes, eveything is up to date and the problem occurs on every node.
BSOD is showing all the time, sometimes when booting, sometimes after few minutes of fresh started VM.

I will be glad for any idea what may be wrong.
If you want me to post more info, let me know.
Thank you.

EDIT: We fixed the problem by updating the kernel from 5.3 to 5.4. Windows VM´s are stable now.

Including the VirtIO drivers and updates for Windows?

BSOD is showing all the time, sometimes when booting, sometimes after few minutes of fresh started VM.
Which subsystem is failing? The BS have a ID, you can find more information for those on the Microsoft website.

Yes, Windows was updated (but some of the windows virtuals was not able to proceed the update because the virtual died when updating) and VirtIO drivers installed.
There was bunch of BSOD IDs, almost every time different one.
IRQL not less or equal
UNEXPECTED STORE EXCEPTION
driver_irql_not_less_or_equal
PFN_LIST_CORRUPT
Page Fault In Nonpaged Area
KMode Exception Not Handled
system service exception
Critical Process Died

But as i said, after installing pve-kernel-5.4 and restarting nodes, everything works fine.
apt-get install pve-kernel-5.4
