Windows 10 Pro VM crash

I'm getting BSoD crash with code 0x5C HAL_INITIALIZATION_FAILED.

Win 10 dump debugging reveal nothing but points to possible hardware issue. Other Linux VM working just fine without issue.

Any suggestions how to proceed with trouble shooting?
