ProxMox community members:

I recently was testing Windows 10 running under latest community edition of ProxMox (follows hereupon the versioning output I am have) and have seen that I am getting two cursors in succession to an ostensibly error free booting up of Windows 10. It is very annoying and makes running Windows under ProxMox almost impossible to use (I have tried a few different video graphic cards, Standard VGA, VMware Compatible, noVNC, etc...) all with the same transmogrified result. I am contemplating to file a bug on this, but just wanted to be sure there was not an already known solution for it that has yet to be rolled into the next release or deemed production ready due to still being subject to testing.

Thanks in advance for your attention to the instant matter.

I hope everyone is able to stay healthy whilst avoiding the China Virus and safe whilst avoiding the thugs.

Stuart

The Display parameter is set to "Default".

I did notice that using Chromium under Kali Linux I was able to get a proper console but with Firefox ESR it did not work properly.

I attempted to do so and it says that the installation ended prematurely due to an error and that was it.

Sir,

In the "Display" hardware option I see no choice for noVNC whatsoever sir, so I am not sure how to make the selection you are referring to.

There is no such item available, as follows hereupon there are ISOs and that, but only the rpms have been generated for the "-2" version not the ISO (as instantiated by the filename of the ISO). Where do I find the "-2" version of the ISO?

Sir,

I have followed your instructions in pursuance of obtaining the proper ISO to leverage, and succeeding that and making it available to the VM I ended up with this:

I had that set to enabled in precedence to our even initiating our colloquy in this forum.

Sir,

No problem! I appreciate your attempts to assist me in this endeavor, I by no means thought my time was wasted. I imagine in the near future I will move to Windows 11 soon anyway and perhaps at that juncture these issues will evaporate.
