Windows 10 in VM shows only 0,79 GHz; Host has 6 x Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8500T CPU @ 2.10GHz

Hi,

I´m new at proxmox. My problem is, that on my windows 10 taskmanager and properties shows only an cpu speed of 0,79 GHz.
My Host has i5-8500T wich shows 3% in proxmox.

What´s wrong with my config?

solved, setting 6 CPU and processor max did the job
