Hi, I'm new to proxmox and just installed it the day before or so :D

I installed it on a Dedicated server with 32Gb RAM, E3-1245v3 (4 Core - 4 thread), 240Gb SSD (200Gb Free)and planning to share equally to 4 people. So I create 4 VMs with 2Core (1socket) + 8Gb RAM (ballooning) + 40Gb SSD, all is window 2012 R2 Eval with Virtio drivers. The first 2 was so smooth, it boots so fast and install everything quickly and the other 2 just hang at the boot screen for hours before it prompts for installation

I don't know why this happens, could someone explain it to me? when I turn off the first 2, the others (Which is hanging) run smoothly again  So confused
I can provide my server credentials for checking  Thank you for looking to my question! :p

And one more thing is the Memory usage always mark above 80% on monitor: "Memory usage: 91.32% (7.31 GiB of 8.00 GiB)" Even though the server run nothing but the OS, any ideas?

(4 Core - 4 thread)
Is that 4 or 16 threads total?
Are all four VMs running?
Are ballooning drivers installed on all four machines?
Are you sure all configurations are identical?
During setup you may want to do them one-by-one, as four machines with 8G RAM each will quickly drain your 32G total RAM, sending your host thrashing.
If you have 4 threads total you're heavily over-provisioning your host.

Sorry for wrong information, It's 8 thread in total: ark.intel. com/products/75462/Intel-Xeon-Processor-E3-1245-v3-8M-Cache-3_40-GHz (can't post link as Im newbie)
and yes, ballooning driver is selected during the installation
"Are you sure all configurations are identical?" - I don't quite understand what identical mean in this case
And I do install them one-by-one (while other still up and running), cloning has the same issue as well\

P/s: the CPU could be shared right?

More pic about RAM issue:

You should install and start the balloon service, in the balloon folder of virtio drivers there is a blnsrv.exe, run it with blnsrv -i to install and start the service

It's worked! So the balloon driver hasn't been installed correctly? Will there be any performance differences?

Can anyone explain why it take like 5Gb ram while I have 4 machine runing idle-ing at 500mb ram each?

The balloon driver is installed, but it need the service to communicate with proxmox. I don't think there are performance difference.

ZFS ARC cache perhaps?
Look with arcstat command in the column arcsz

Could you be more specific on ZFS ARC? is it necessary?
