Win2003 VM getting shut down automatically

Hi Team,

I am running a Windows 2003 server vm on proxmox 3.4 version, The vm is getting shutdown unexpectedly.

I have found that the PCI device(other device) drivers are missing and showing yellow icon in Device manager.

VM config:- IDE with .raw image, Intel E1000 nic, and find the attached screenshot of device manager
