I am currently running Home Assistant (production) and WIndows 11 (test/development) on my Nuc8i5. I run windows 11 remotely from my desktop..if I need to access it directly from the NUC, I use the proxmox console function. Home Assistant just runs and is managed remotely. I would like to set up a hackintosh VM for test/development on the same NUC using VNC to run it from my desktop. Since I will run remotely, I don't have to worry about a single graphics card.....if I want to run either locally on the NUC, I can use the proxmox console. I have plenty of CPU/memory and Storage available. I'll be the only user.
Are there any "tricks" or "potholes" in just adding/creating a hackintosh VM on my NUC?
