Win 2012R2 NFS Store - Proxmox BU

Dear all,

we setuped a NFS storage folder for our Proxmo enviroment. We added the storage and can use it for uploading iso files etc.

But when we try to backup a server we get the following error:
mount error: mount.nfs: requested NFS version or transport protocol is not supported (500)

What can we do and how we can check the concrete problem? Is it helkpful to update to the latest Proxmox version?

Are you sure you have the permissions set correctly on that NFS share?

Check with mount which nfs version is currently used for your mountpoint
