Will Proxmox 4.5/5.0 include QEMU <=2.8.0?

will the next Proxmox release feature QEMU <=2.8.0 and if yes is it intended to have COLO configurable for it?

I doubt that COLO will be stable enough for 5.0 but COLO is on our monitor.
