Hi,

A few days ago we entered a number of email addresses under a wildcard domain i.e. *@example.com in the whitelist section. These have saved as I have just had a look. Yesterday one of those email address on the whitelist sent an email to a user on that domain and it was put into spam quarantine. Is there anything else we need to do to make this work as it should bypass spam checking?

Thanks.

Sorry for the delay. We had interpreted the *.com being both ways

Is there anyway of doing this so all of a customers emails under 1 domain has 1 whitelist?

Also any chance the email dropdown could be made longer, it wraps email address and when you have hundreds it make it hard to see. Thanks

Hi, bump. Any update on whether we can have 1 whitelist per domain rather than having to repeat for each domain email address? Thanks.
not with the user-lists - they are meant as the place where the individual users can set their preferences

if you want to accept mails for a specific domain the Rule-system with a fitting To object (the domain) and From object containing the addresses you want to accept is the better approach
