Why ZFS ARC cache is not separated in RAM usage from actual RAM used in the system ?

Hi colegues , I am seeing here in web interface the whole usage of the RAM and it is not clear how many actual RAM I have for using with VM-s :

Many of this used ram is for zfs ARC cache that is dynamically and If I use more RAM for VM-s it reduce the ARC. Now I use 98GB for cache :

ARC size (current): 61.8 % 97.4 GiB

Why the status in web interface is not made more separated to be visible how many ram is actually available for use and how much is the cache ?
For example split the bar in colors. For example:
RED color to be actual used ram
Green color to be ram that is used for ARC cache
and for example it can be added one more color (BLUE) for minimum ram that must be there for proper function of ZFS. In my case this is :
Min size (hard limit): 6.2 % 9.8 GiB

This minimum change will make a BIG difference in usability for admins !
Thank you in advance :)
