Why was my thread deleted? Did I break the rules?

Sorry to post this here like this but there is no way to message the mods of the this forum.

I posted a thread this morning in the PBS forum asking for guidance. It appears to have been deleted. Can a mod explain why? Is this not the place to come for help with Promox? I didn't receive a message from a mod or anything regarding my thread, it's just gone. I found a workaround and wanted to update my thread in case someone else runs into the same issue in the future.

Because of spammers, posts of new users will be hidden after some seconds/minutes and a mod needs to review them to be shown again. So its probably not deleted, just not visible yet.

hmmm ok, it had quite a few views but no replies. Are threads usually not visible for 6-8 hours? I posted it quite awhile ago.

Thanks for the info, I'll delete this thread and wait a few more hours for my first one to show up.

Depends if it is weekend and the time of the day. But at European work hours it usually doesn't take that long. I would keep this thread open in case an automated anti-spam algorithm disabled/deleted that thread.
