Why used disk too large?

My ZFS storage has create it and total is 6T space.I create new vm and setup 3T space for this vm.But proxmox show it's used 5T space.
What's is this problem?

Let me guess: you are using raid-z in your pool? In this case likely zfs internal mechanisms.
