why sometimes at log is "write: 0 B/s" ?

Why sometimes while doing backup i see
INFO: 7% (4.6 GiB of 64.0 GiB) in 21s, read: 229.3 MiB/s, write: 0 B/s ?
Why write: 0 B/s ?

Could be that it was all zero's or all data chunks were already on PBS (from an earlier backup), in which case no data (or less then 21 bytes) needed to be written.
