Why some proxmox vms started slowing down/Stuck at boot time ?

Can you explain that a bit more?

If you expect help here, it would be really nice if you can explain what exactly your problem and hardware used and so on is.... else we have to rub the glas-ball to guess what you mean....

Again..... describe it, so a five year old child could understand what your problem is!

You are also using IDE which is slow as it has to be fully emulated. If you want faster virtual disks you should use "virtio SCSI single" with "SCSI" and install the virtio drivers when installing windows. "virtio SCSI single" is paravirtualised so its way faster and supports more features like TRIM/discard.
You also might want to enable "SSD emulation". And make sure windows got no defragmentation job setup.

Is it me, or is there no sound at all?
imgur did not have sound.... things are failling back to back...dont know why they dont have sound...

I understood that i need to run

dmesg -w

and
journalctl -f

to be able to see what is wrong.

When i assigned the devices to multiple devices the proxmox is having issues.
So now i have 1-1 mapping and i avoid the usb mapping as mentioned before. i am only using the controller
