Why not deliver emails to recipients? Tracker Center accepted/deferred - status=deferred

I have a VPS server with port 25 free for PMG to use, but in the Tracker Center I get all the emails as accepted/deferred... I send my log so that someone can help me with something that I am not seeing.

In the report of my mail server it says this the log : Rejected MAIL: Access denied - Invalid HELO name (See RFC2821 4.1.1.1)

Both external and internal SMTP port cannot be the same.
Change your relay mail server to use port 26 since all incoming mail will go through PMG first then redirect to your actual email server.
