Why is "vga: virtio" much slower on win10 guest than "vga: qxl" ?

For virtio, I did install QxlWddmDod_0.21.0.0_x64.msi

For QXL I did install Red_Hat_QXL_0.1.24.2_x64.msi

And QXL, you can watch video and it's good, but virtio isn't really choppy

And I have installed spice-guest-tools-latest.exe and spice-vdagent-x64-0.10.0.msi

But still, QXL is much faster than virtiogpu

Is there something missing to my configuration ?
